The CrossFit Place

If you are new to CrossFit, we will get you started through the On-Ramp course. This is 2 sessions with a CrossFit trainer, where you will learn the 9 fundamental movements that provide the base for your safe and effective progress at CrossFit. These 2 sessions will give you the knowledge and confidence to begin participating in our WOD (workout of the day) classes at The CrossFit Place.
